Welcome!  The Indy event, Indylicious, is in it's 3rd year at the new location!  This is the largest National Event in the Midwest!

This is just a partial itinerary for the event.  As always, we will add more things as people pay their event fees so PLEASE pay early!

You MUST mention the "Indy Club" when making a reservation with the hotel to get into our room block!!!

Thursday

7:00pm meet us at Bennigan’s (at the hotel). We’ll be serving appetizers. Please note that the appetizers are just that so please be considerate so there’s enough for everyone.  

Friday

12pm-3ish Hang out at the pool or sightsee around Indy! Anyone Sightseers meet in the lobby at noon. 

3:00ish Join us for pizza in the pool (or the Atrium in the event of rain

8:00pm Join us in the banquet room for a CASUAL dinner  After dinner, DON’T LEAVE, as w have some special entertainment.

10:00ish Join us for a private party at the indoor pool!

Saturday

12:30 to 6:00ish join us at the pool for the ultimate pool party!!  This is where we have our famous poolside cookout!  

8:30 p.m.  Join us at a local bar for a private party we have arranged to have cabs in the lobby starting at 8:30, if you’re late you’ll need to call the cab company at (317) 897-2122.  Please don’t drink and drive!  Cabs are $10/each (5 people to a cab so $2/each).  Please tip the driver!  If there’s no cab out front when you want to leave just give them a call.  Please be patient!!  We are a large group and the cab co will be doing the best they can.
